Jo is a hatha/vinyassa yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance International), meditation teacher (BSoM), Reiki master/teacher and massage therapist.
Her accessible yoga classes are designed to revitalise your spirit and restore balance to your mind and body. Uplifting asana yoga practice is followed by a guided relaxation, to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and mentally strong. Discover effective coping mechanisms through dynamic yoga poses to relieve the effects of stress on the body, passive relaxation and breathing techniques to balance the central nervous system. Jo teaches with great sensitivity, compassion and care, and is committed to teaching and empowering anyone who is on their journey to seek themselves and their joy whether through yoga, meditation or Reiki.
Jo Fellows provides a friendly, holistic approach, tailored to your individual needs to treat your body, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Jo’s treatments will help ease away your aches, pains and stresses to help bring you back into balance with life.
Both a teacher and a practitioner, Jo specialises in providing tailored holistic treatments, designed to bring a sense of relaxation and renewal. She provides and an authentic, personal and sustainable experience, that evokes wellbeing. Each client is treated individually, addressing the areas of need and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki course: Jo Fellows offers courses in traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho and teaches in small groups, but can also teach you individually, if you so wish.
Reiki is a simple, gentle, yet highly-effective practice that can enhance well-being and can be easily learned by anyone. Recognised as a complimentary therapy, the practice is traditionally centred on building awareness of one’s Ki (energy) and working with different methods to ensure health and vitality on all levels. Jo teaches all levels of Reiki.

Jo offers one-to-one coaching or regular classes in Yoga and Meditation throughout the term.
Jo is a Shinpiden (Reiki Master/Teacher) of the Japanese Lineage. She trained with renowned Reiki Master and author Frans Stiene, as well as various other Reiki Masters and spiritual teachers. Jo is also a accredited Meditation teacher (BSoM) and accredited Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance). She also holds an ITEC diploma in Holistic Massage with Anatomy and Physiology.
Jo Fellows is the Gloucestershire representative of the UK Reiki Federation, a volunteer therapist at Sue Ryder and fully insured.
