Self-care is not just about keeping your body healthy, but keeping your mind healthy too, and this means making time to do things that make you happy. So come along and try something new – it might end up being your new favourite hobby!
Singing is proven to be good for the soul, and singing in a group with others gives a feeling of wellbeing and happiness. You don’t need to be a “good singer” to enjoy this relaxed and uplifting workshop.
