self care image smallWe’re teaming up with the NHS to celebrate Self-Care Week with a week of free taster sessions! Self-care is not just about keeping your body healthy, but keeping your mind healthy too, and this means making time to do things that make you happy. So come along and try something new – it might end up being your new favourite hobby!

Curious about meditation but not sure whether you’d enjoy it, or even be able to do it? This taster session is for you! Come along and learn some simple meditations to help you relax and feel more present, and find out why meditation is such a valuable tool when coping with stress. The session will also deal with the age-old issues of clearing your thoughts during meditation and how to find time to sit in stillness.

Experienced tutor Kathryn Buxton trained with the British School of Meditation and has taught meditation for several years.

Chairs and cushions are provided.
