We’re teaming up with the NHS to celebrate Self-Care Week with a week of free taster sessions! Self-care is not just about keeping your body healthy, but keeping your mind healthy too, and this means making time to do things that make you happy. So come along and try something new – it might end up being your new favourite hobby!
Find out how a therapeutic approach to creative writing can provide an easily accessible way of gently exploring some of life's questions in a supportive and friendly group. It doesn’t matter what you write or how you write it, just that you have discovered something new and found a deeper understanding of how you might approach those questions.
This workshops uses short pieces of writing or other prompts for discussion and guided writing exercises.
There is also the opportunity to learn some journaling techniques and explore how and why this might be a useful tool in your self-care toolkit.
