Designed for those who have meditated before and stopped or for those who are developing a regular practice, this course navigates through the potential life-altering changes you can expect with a sustained meditation practice. Four key areas of change - how to live in the now, self-compassion, non-judgment/no opinion, gratitude and joy are each explored through discussion, meditation and with practical tips you can use in everyday life. Fun and interactive, the course will help you understand the benefits of meditation and inspire you to commit to a regular practice for the future.
