The aim of the day is to introduce you to the tool of mindfulness which you can use over your lifetime to promote resilience, health and well-being. Mindfulness helps you to successfully adapt to stress and adversity whether this comes from family or relationship problems, health problems, workplace and financial worries, or something else.
