This is an 'extraordinary' session due to our normal 1st Friday of the month session having been cancelled due to the Met Office forecast for snow, strong winds and sub-zero temperatures. What They Mean For You
with Antonia Noble of Carter Noble.
Antonia, of Carter Noble Independent Safeguarding, will give an overview of the new General Data Protection Regulation that comes into force on 25th May, which affects all practitioners who stores client information - even if it's just their email address. She will also outline what steps you can take now in order to be compliant with this new law.
Antonia Noble is a practising barrister specialising in civil litigation, immigration tribunal and suspected miscarriages of justice She has also performed a number of high-level roles including a cabinet office at Gloucestershire County Council, organising the Olympic torch event in the county and has been on the board of Cheltenham Development Task Force and community safety groups. Carter Noble's aim is make expert knowledge and experience more user-friendly and available to everyone.
