This super gentle course of Pilates’ exercises is especially designed for absolute beginners of any age or those returning to fitness post injury/illness. The exercises help you to connect with your body while improving posture, balance, core strength and coordination while improving your health forecast and promoting an enhanced feeling of wellbeing and relaxation.
