Saturdays 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th October (4 sessions) 9.30am – 10.45am
These fun, flowing classes are a great way to start the weekend. Physical postures tone muscles leaving you revitalised; breath work and relaxation brings you into the present moment, able to appreciate your down-time. These classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced.
Some yoga mats are available to borrow.
Ann has practiced Yoga since 2003, starting with athletic Ashtanga. Subsequently she found other styles gave different benefits. Her teaching reflects this diversity, incorporating aspects from dynamic Vinyasa Flow to restful Yin. She completed her teaching diploma at Yogacampus, London. She has completed the 200 hour yoga teacher diploma at Yogacampus, studying with teachers with a variety of outlooks such as Liz Lark, Richard Freeman, Graham Burns and Sarah Litton. She keeps up to date by attending workshops and seminars, and is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
Cost: £10.00 per session or £30.00 for four-block session
