Dru yoga’s gentle flowing sequences are easy to learn; you will find yourself moving with confidence; bringing suppleness back into your body, improving your posture, balance and coordination. Feel more youthful, well and vibrant in yourself. Open to all levels of fitness.

Karan is a Dru Yoga and Meditation Teacher and has completed 500 hours of yoga therapy training.

Cost: £8.00 per session or £35.00 for five-session block
