Would you like to improve your posture and feel more at ease in your body?

Easy to learn foundation yoga postures and gentle sequences for maintaining a healthy, strong and supple back. Move confidently; bring suppleness back into your body, improve posture, balance and coordination.

Suitable for beginners, those with back pain – open to all levels of fitness.

Karan is a Dru Yoga and Meditation Teacher and has completed 500 hours of yoga therapy training.

Cost: £8.00 per session or £35.00 for five-session block
