Tuesdays 30th January - 20th February (4 sessions) 10.30am – 11.45am
Learn a set of qigong exercises and a sequence of tai chi chuan movements that can be practised daily at home. These are slow, flowing exercises, mostly done standing, which can improve the health and harmony of mind and body.
Margaret first learnt Tai Chi Chuan over 25 years ago. In 2002, Margaret started attending Qigong classes at The Isbourne taught by the late qigong master Martin Kelly. She was soon teaching with Martin and together they gave several demonstrations to local groups.
Margaret has continued to teach and develop the class since Martin retired. She believes that learning Qigong should be relaxing and enjoyable.
