Karan’s yoga classes are friendly, small and she offers her students individual attention. The beauty of the therapeutic style of yoga she teaches makes the classes accessible to everybody. The classes focus on mindful movement and gentle, easy to learn sequences which release tension from the body and the mind. Learn how to relax at will through breath work, pranayama, visualization and mudras that you can practice at home. You will immediately start to feel noticeable benefits and with regular practice maintain balance, wholeness and complete positive health of the body, the mind and the emotions. All classes finish with a guided deep relaxation to rest the body and calm the mind.
Karan is a Dru Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She has completed 500 hours of yoga therapy training and holds a post graduate certificate in Back Care. Open to all levels of fitness. All classes finish with a 15 minute guided deep relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and lightweight blanket/shawl for the relaxation. A yoga mat can be provided if you need one.
Cost: £8.00 per session or £42.00 for six-session block
