Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and looking for a way to achieve inner balance?
Discover how to switch off your 'flight and flight' response and gain more emotional balance and peace of mind. Experience gentle movements and deep relaxation where the body naturally responds to a state of restfulness and learn breathing practices to clear and calm a busy mind.
This two-hour workshop offers the therapeutics of restorative yoga, relaxation and meditation. It would suit anyone who is looking for some 'me time' away from the demands of a stressful life or at the end of a busy day.
Would also be suitable if you are living with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, peirmenopause symptoms, feeling hypersensitve or suffer with insomnia, stress or mild anxiety.
This is a practical workshop, please wear comfy and stretchable clothing.
Karan is a Dru Yoga and Meditation Teacher and has completed 500 hours of yoga therapy training.
