Calm your mind using the philosophy of Pilates to take positive control of your mind-body connection and stimulate the body’s own capacity for healing, improving blood circulation, posture, balance and breathing. Mental calmness follows from flowing movements using the breath as an anchor to ensure that the mind-body connection is achieved.

Cost: £9.50 per session or £34.00 for four-session block
