Dance for Wellbeing is part of The Isbourne's community wellbeing programme and monthly drop-in session FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (FGT). This is an opportunity to expereince a variety of wellbeing activities, connect with others and have a cuppa! 

Dance for Wellbeing is an opportunity to reconnect with your body and to express yourself through movement. Dance has many benefits as it allows you to ease anxieties, explore your body/mind connection and aid relaxation. 

Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is necessary. 

These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.
