Would you like to sit with like-hearted people and enjoy a guided mindfulness meditation? Come along to this six-week block of sessions where we will check in with how we're feeling, sit together and explore simple meditation practices, guided throughout by the tutor. All meditations are seated on a chair and you will learn how you can incorporate mindfulness meditation into your everyday life. It’s a great way to connect with those who are going through similar challenges as you and learn a new tool to help with stress, anxiety and other issues related to grief and bereavement.

These sessions are available to anyone who is experiencing grief (we recommend 6 months or longer since the bereavement) and may be useful as a follow-on if you have attended our four-week course in the same topic, or if you would like to simply drop-in and give it a go. As part of our community wellbeing series, these sessions are free however we appreciate a small donation towards the programme if you are in a position to do so. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.
