Mindset and Self Care is part of The Isbourne's community wellbeing programme and monthly drop-in session FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (FGT). This is an opportunity to expereince a variety of wellbeing activities, connect with others and have a cuppa! 

This session will be held by our affiliated tutor Jo Arnold, a positive psychologist and coaching psychologist. At this Feel Good Thursday we will consider how to develop your mental ‘fitness’ and use your personal power to boost your wellbeing.

Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is neccessary. 

These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.
