Do you know how it feels to have an abundance of energy and a calm, balanced sense of wellbeing? This four-week course will introduce you to Qigong, a form of holistic exercise composed of gentle movements to enhance the flow of energy through our whole system and develop awareness of the connections within ourselves.

During the course you will have the opportunity to learn breath and standing work alongside three sequences from the Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong Set. Using your hands and movement, we will begin to activate particular energy channels with Chi Balancing, Heart Opening and Feeling Trapped Chi. The simple practice of 'dissolving' taught on this course will help to aid relaxation, support healing and release tension held in the body and mind.

This is a Quality Endorsed course from The Isbourne's awarding body (AIM) and is suitable for all.

These sessions are part of our community wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health and are offered at a subsidised cost. A member of our Outreach team will be in touch following registration to fill out a referral form.
