IN-HOUSE: ENERGY MEDICINE. BODY MIND RESET
Leah Marshall
Energy Medicine two hour Body-mind reset
Stimulate, Detoxify, and Rebalance. Move and Rest
Stimulate the meridians of the body during practice to clear stagnation and rebalance your energy flow using neurovascular and neuro-lymphatic reflex points.
You will learn a quick and simple 30-minute morning routine to wake up the energy channels, that you can even start while still in bed, to get your system going.
The practice will include stimulating;
- The Kidney meridian, which will increase and distributes prana or chi
- The thymus - linked with immunity
- The Spleen meridian - involved with the digestion of food & experiences
- Stomach meridian - for grounding
As well as learning these self care practices:
- Cross patterning in the body - waking up available energy
- The Zip up movement variations for energetic protection- used in martial arts
- The Hook-up pose for the central & governing meridians.
- Head massage
- Crown pull
- Spinal flush (clear unwanted energies and remove toxins from the whole body)
You will learn two essential power poses- if you do nothing else, do these and then combine them with gait clearing the hands and feet.
These practices will help with clearing large and small intestine meridians (aiding digestion and waste removal- both physically and mentally). You will learn to use the lymphatic reflex points for detoxification & nervous system rebalance.
You will be given a hand out for this part of the session, for use at home.
The session will continue with a gentle and nourishing yoga-based movement practice and conclude with a deep guided relaxation to integrate these practices and allow the body to settle.
A morning of absolute loveliness to help you feel great!

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:
Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.
You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
