Now is the time to learn how to meditate. How to be at peace with your thoughts, how to access the wisdom within.

This meditation session is based on Buddhist meditation with an emphasis on mindfulness. It will begin with a light, settling meditation and a longer, deeper mindfulness meditation - all guided by an experienced tutor. There is time at the end for reflections and questions.

This is a FREE taster session for Kathryn's regular classes. These classes are for beginners and those with some experience. They are fun and full of helpful tips on how you can bring mindfulness and meditation into your everyday experience.

So please bring your curiosity and an open heart and enjoy!
