IN-HOUSE: GONG BATH & MEDITATION
John Carter , Tanya Carter
Tanya and John of Crystal Conscious have been working with different types of healing modalities for over 10 years. The culmination of this is that they have found a unique healing practice, using planetary gongs, and Kundalini meditations working with specific intentions.
The gong is a most effective and powerful tool for healing: it breaks all boundaries and sense of limitation. The gong’s vibration can be cleansing, detoxifying, relaxing, mind stopping, and utterly amazing. Come with no expectations and be prepared for the gongs to work their magic. The combination of working through blockages to bring about awareness, with the ancient art form of meditation combined with the gong, has proven to bring about profound and life-changing effects. To experience, all you need to do is come along, immerse yourself in the guided meditation and relax whilst the gongs work their magic. Please bring a blanket, cushion and something to lie on (a yoga mat is ideal). Please note that group gong baths are not advised if you are pregnant.
For this event, you will need to bring your own:

If you have paid a set fee for the cancelled session, you will get a full refund. Donations are non-refundable. We, therefore, advise customers to secure their place as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The Isbourne’s minimum number policy is under the guidance of the tutor running the session. Thank you for your understanding.
As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.
Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.
You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
