Join certified Shibashi Qigong Instructor Karen for a weekly LIVE in-person class at Isbourne Centre for Wellbeing to learn the entire Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Set 2 exercises. 

Perfect if you are familiar with Shibashi Qigong Set 1 and want to learn Shibashi Qigong Set 2 in detail with principles for greater benefit. 

You will receive the recording available for seven days after each session to support your home practice if you wish.
