This four-week course aims to support those living with Dementia, Parkinson’s, M.S., Stroke, Neuropathy, Dyspraxia, or any long term neurological health condition.

Using the gentle, mindful movement practice of TMW (Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing) and the ‘5 Pillars of Health’ approach, the course offers an opportunity to explore a fresh perspective on your sense of contentment and 'Living Well' with a long term health condition. The TMW sequence provides the backbone of the course, with benefits extending to our mental, physical, emotional health and overall sense of wellbeing and connection with ourselves.

We invite you to join us for this Quality Endorsed group course in the compassionate, supportive environment of The Isbourne. Movements can be done seated or standing and are suitable for most people. Each 1.5hr session includes refreshments and opportunities to chat with your peers and the tutor. Loved ones or carers of those living with the health condition are also welcome to attend and participate (essential for those with Dementia).

To register your place please call 01242 254321 or email Bonnie@isbourne.org

These sessions are part of our community wellbeing programme, a collection of 4-week courses and drops-ins, designed to help people living with anxiety, depression, social isolation, bereavement, trauma and any other life circumstances that are affecting their wellbeing.

This is a Quality Endorsed course from The Isbourne's awarding body (AIM) and is suitable for all.
