ONLINE: MIND, BODY, BREATH: TO SUPPORT FATIGUE RELATED CONDITIONS
MIND, BODY, BREATH: A COURSE TO SUPPORT THOSE LIVING WITH FATIGUE RELATED CONDITIONS INCLUDING ME, CFS AND LONG COVID
During this four-week course you will have the opportunity to explore and experience a variety of wellbeing practices to support you in living with the symptoms of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Long Covid.
Gentle movement, breath work, mindfulness exercises and reflective practices will form the basis of the course. These will be explored as a group while also enabling individuals to receive personal guidance from the tutor, acknowledging that every person's experience and challenges of these conditions are unique.
The Isbourne warmly invites you to join this course to explore strategies that may enhance your wellbeing, and the opportunity to connect and share experiences with others in a similar situation.
This course does not provide clinical or medical help but aims to bring a holistic understanding of how we can support ourselves in everyday life.

These sessions are part of our community wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health and are offered at a subsidised cost.
