Cathy Bebbington

Offering Reflexology and Aromatherapy

Cathy worked in a variety of jobs, mainly office-based. Fifteen years ago she studied Reiki to Level 2 but lacked the confidence to take it any further. Juggling home and career didn't help either and she put it on hold for a number of years.

She enrolled onto the Isbourne College's Introduction to Holistic Living Course, where she was gently guided towards exploring a more spiritual way of life. This inspired her to make some major changes and trained to become a Holistic Therapist.

Now Cathy works with her clients to create the best treatment plan drawing on the ancient therapies of Reflexology & Aromatherapy Massage at its core.

Reflexology is based on the ancient theory that different points and areas on the feet, lower leg & hands correspond to parts of the body. It is believed that applying gentle pressure to these points can restore the flow of energy through the body, treating the body, treating the person holistically to help release tension, aid sleep, promote relaxation and restore a sense of well-being.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils to improve physical and emotional well-being. Essential oils, the life force of plants, possess distinctive therapeutic properties, which can be utilised to improve health and prevent disease. A gentle aromatherapy massage focuses on improving lymphatic flow and encouraging your body to eliminate toxins and is believed to offer an effective treatment for stress-related problems and a variety of chronic conditions.

Treatments are bespoke, aiming to restore mind, body and spirit to a state of equilibrium.
