Offering Wellness Coaching and Mindfulness
Keeley has long had a passion for helping and supporting others, especially in terms of their wellbeing. She has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for a number of years and is now supporting others to do the same. She is a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and is continually upskilling herself in many areas of wellbeing.

Keeley offers sessions in a number of different ways including one-to-one, group online sessions and online courses for you to support yourself.
