Community Wellbeing Programme

Here you will find the latest on our Community Wellbeing Programme!

For over 30 years, The Isbourne has been at the heart of Cheltenham, offering a warm welcome and a safe space to explore the many benefits of holistic health and wellbeing.

Established in 2019, our Community Wellbeing Programme (CWP) provides a range of free and subsidised wellbeing activities, made possible through the generous support of our funders. The programme is shaped by the needs and interests of the people who take part, as well as feedback from health and community professionals, ensuring our activities remain relevant, accessible, and responsive to local needs.

Our primary goal is to help people learn new skills, connect with others and develop their self-care toolkit on site and out in the community.

All sessions are delivered by our affiliated Tutors and facilitated by a member of the CWP Team.

If you or someone you know may benefit from attending, please get in touch by emailing cwp@isbourne.org to register your interest.

  • Plus much more

Ways we can help

  1. By offering a subsidised rate for all our classes and workshops, we are allowing everyone to access wellbeing, regardless of their financial situation.

  2. All of our Community Wellbeing sessions can be accessed by self-referral. This means you don’t have to be part of an organisation to join in, just get in touch.

  3. We are proud to be included in various charitable networks which allows us to be connected with those who may need us most.

  4. All of our affiliated tutors are qualified and DBS checked, allowing us to provide you with the very best practitioners in their given field.

  5. The Isbourne is one big family of support! We love building connections with people and being part of someone’s pathway to wellbeing, from group courses, one-to-one therapy and social opportunities, we are here for you.

Testimonials

A really important resource for our community, bringing people together and helping with wellbeing, self-reflection and providing and understanding of new concepts.

Holistic Living: Creating Your Life Balance, July 2026

I've found the course to be very insightful - learnt lots of strategies. Also found it to be comforting, as people we all go through so much and it's nice to know you're not alone. Really enjoyed meeting all the lovely people too.

Mindset Believe in Yourself, June 2026

I've thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it re-ignited my interest in spirituality, cultures, science - all things which were covered. I will take an awful lot of the practices and advice I've learnt into life and share them with my husband and family.

We would also like to acknowledge all of our individual donors without whom our work wouldn't be possible.
