AUTUMN RENEWAL: YOGA & FENG SHUI FUSION

Helen Birt , Chrissie Steinham

A short workshop to explore the delights of Feng Shui and Yoga for Autumn and how we can incorporate the practice of Feng Shui into our homes.

This event will be an introduction to Feng Shui following a flowing gentle yoga. The participants will feel more informed and hopefully renewed after the yoga practice.

Prepare for the change of season through a collective autumnal movement of gentle flow yoga, followed by an introduction to the delights of Feng Shui, and how we can use this to optimise energy flow, harmony and well-being in our homes.

Whether you are new to Yoga and Feng Shui, or they’re both a firm part of your day-to-day life, this short workshop offers you the perfect excuse to enjoy a little self-care and refresh your home at the same time.During this session, we will lean into the essence of the season, embracing natural rhythm and flow through a beautiful yoga practice, followed by a relaxed, informative session on Feng Shui.

Here we will touch on the basics of Feng Shui, before moving on to specifically look at the living space and “Shen Chi” (Feng Shui for your senses), where you will learn how to merge Feng Shui principals with interior design hints and tips.

This is a beautiful way to welcome in the new season physically, mentally and environmentally, leaving you feeling renewed and more informed to fully embracing the change of energy, and the pace of life that come with it.

For this event, soft drinks will be provided, however you will need to bring your own:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Cushion
  • Water bottle

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply any of these for the foreseeable future.

Drop-ins can not be accommodated at this time so please book in advance.

Please note: The Isbourne operates a minimum number policy. This means that if our minimum number is not met 24 hours before the session is scheduled to run, then we reserve the right to cancel the session. If you have paid a set fee for the cancelled session, you will get a full refund. Donations are non-refundable. We, therefore, advise customers to secure their place as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The Isbourne’s minimum number policy is under the guidance of the tutor running the session. Thank you for your understanding.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust. This price is limited to one per transaction.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
