FREE: FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (ARE YOU SITTING COMFORTABLY?)
Jonathan Lawrence
More than half of us will experience back pain of some kind in our lifetime. There are many reasons for this but no matter how mild or severe, there are things that we can do to improve and manage our discomfort.
This workshop will help you identify what kind of back pain you suffer with and give you tips and simple things you can do to strengthen and prevent occurences safely. Also when to seek professional help.
Held by Osteopath and trainer, Jonathan Lawrence who has 40 years experience in the field.
This session is part of The Isbourne’s Community Wellbeing Programme - Feel Good Thursdays (FGT). It’s a chance to enjoy a range of wellbeing activities, connect with others, and relax with a cuppa!
Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is neccessary.
