HOLISTIC CREATIVE WRITING WORKSHOP
Jane Elizabeth
Join Jane for a holistically inspired writing session. Here you will find a love of writing, books, words, spiritual practices, warmth, empathy and laughter.
You may dabble in writing or you might not write at all, you might gratitude journal but wish to explore other holistic writing techniques, you might like the idea of connection and companionship now that winter is here, you might like the thought of it being in a 'group' setting. There may be the opportunity to share your writing but there is absolutely no obligation to do so. Jane's invitation is for you to join her and to be gently guided through your relaxing and creative morning together.
Jane will open this session with some poetry readings. Then she will guide you through some holistic writing practices, some of which you might have heard about and currently use or they may be brand new to you (gratitude, intentions, affirmations). Following on from this, Jane will provide you with some holistically inspired journal prompts. The 28th is New Moon so she will weave that into the workshop.
For the final part of our session, you will have the opportunity to write creatively and Jane will give you some prompts and suggestions if this feels difficult. It might be a poem, a short story, ideas for a novel, a wholesome recipe, a self care ritual, last night's dream, a letter to your younger/older self. She will close our session with some more beautiful poetry and we will each draw an oracle card.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:
Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust. This price is limited to one per transaction.Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.
You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
