INTRODUCTION TO CRYSTAL HEALING WORKSHOP
Kelly Peacey
Join Kelly Peacey for an afternoon of crystal connection, self-healing, and sacred exploration at The Isbourne.
Crystals have been regarded as special, sacred, and powerful across many cultures and traditions for thousands of years. In this workshop, we will gently explore why crystals are believed to hold unique qualities, looking at their energetic nature alongside their historical, mythological, and spiritual applications.
You will be guided into a deeper connection with crystals through meditation, intuitive exploration, and practical exercises. We will also look at how to care for your crystals, including cleansing, charging, dedicating, and maintaining their energetic clarity.
Throughout the afternoon, Kelly will introduce different techniques for working with crystals, exploring how they work, the advantages and disadvantages of each method, and when particular approaches may be most helpful.
Energy Maintenance and Spiritual Hygiene will also be introduced, offering simple but valuable ways to support your own energy field, maintain balance, and work more consciously with crystals in everyday life.
During the workshop, you will learn and practise three crystal healing practices for self-healing, giving you practical tools to continue using at home.
Kelly holds a safe and sacred space throughout, ensuring you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease as you explore your relationship with crystals.
You will receive handouts covering the workshop content, and audio copies of the crystal meditations will be sent to you by email after the class.
Suitable for those who feel called to explore crystals more deeply, whether you are new to crystal work or wishing to reconnect with your practice.
