Crystals can be a beautiful tool used to support personal wellness, with many believing that they hold particular properties. On this course you will explore 4 crystals and learn simple self-care techniques with crystals that aim to enhance your mental well-being.

Week 1 focuses on calming and clearing the mind of nuisance thoughts with Amethyst.

Week 2 explores what it is to be grounded and safe with Smoky Quartz.

Week 3 focuses on practicing kindness and self-compassion with Rose Quartz.

Week 4 utilises Citrine self-care techniques that aim to gently uplift you and increase confidence.

Kelly welcomes you, whether you are completely new to crystals or already have some experience! Crystals will be available to use in the classes but you might like to bring your own. Each session will include 1hr tutor-led time followed by 30 minutes for tea, coffee and chat.
