Frances is passionate about her soul energy portraits and reading sittings, giving valuable insights into her client’s life and their souls’ path. Soul portrait sittings with Frances offer guidance, clarity, reassurance, encouragement, release and upliftment.

During the creation of each unique Soul Energy Portrait, Frances intuitively connects with her guides and the client’s guides, receiving information relating to a client’s life and soul path. As Frances connects with each client’s soul energy, she sees in her mind images and scenes, as if watching a film, this is known as clairvoyance, at the same time hearing words in her mind, known as clairaudience. Frances speaks the information that comes through her for the client. At the same time Frances is guided to draw shapes and colours which represent the energetic vibration of the words spoken, forming the soul energy portrait. Each sitting is audio recorded and emailed to the client at the end of the sitting. The completed soul energy portrait is framed ready to take away or posted if the sitting is held online.

Frances offers 1-1 sound healing sessions using specific sounds and tones to help balance and restore the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using certain sound resonances (frequencies) to create a relaxing atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
