She will play her Crystal Bowls in 432hz frequency, combined with light language chanting and chimes, that are believed to have healing effects on the body and mind.

Crystal bowls are often used in meditation practices to enhance relaxation and promote a deeper sense of inner peace. Made from pure Quartz Crystals, they emit powerful vibrations and tones when played.
