FREE: FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (EXPLORING EMOTIONS FOR INNER CALM)

Exploring Emotions for Inner Calm is part of The Isbourne's Community Wellbeing programme and monthly drop-in session FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (FGT). This is an opportunity to expereince a variety of wellbeing activities, connect with others and have a cuppa! 

This session will be held by our affiliated tutor Claire Bodilly, who specialises in an energy healing system called the Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code. 

In this relaxed session, Claire will talk about and demonstrate what an Emotion is and how they can affect us every day mentally and physically in relationships at work, at home and in social situations.

Claire will show us techniques to help identify and acknowledge these Emotions and then easily remove them.

Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is neccessary. 

These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational.
