YOGA BRUNCH CLUB

Jeni Howland , Emma Elizabeth , Nafia Harding

Find your sense of health and self through a nourishing and nurturing morning of movement, sounds, smells and food.

We aim to assist you in winding down and replenishing your body, mind, and soul. The class will include a meditation practice, pranayama (breathing) techniques, optional vocal mantras, gentle mobility and flexibility exercises through Somatic Movement and more dynamic flowing yoga. This session will be accompanied by the dreamy harmonium, utilise essential oils, and finish with a nourishing brunch.

Join us in energising with dynamic movement and slowing down to replenish and allow for deep rest.

Leave feeling fully balanced, naturally energised and lighter, with a greater sense of harmony and effortless ease, both inside and out!

This class is suitable for all levels, beginners included. Please bring your own mat and any props you like to use.  If you need to borrow a yoga mat then please let us know when you make the booking.

Take-home recipe cards from Nafia are included!

Let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements - we aim to cater for all requirements but this may not always be possible so please do check with us before you book.

You can book through our website now, or via www.jenihowland.com

Please ensure that you let us know if you have any specific injuries or issues prior to the day so that you can be offered relevant guidance for your practice.

For this event, you will need to bring your own:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Cushion/props if you like to use these
  • Blanket, jumper and socks or similar for Savasana and relaxation parts of the class
  • Your own bottle of water

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply any of these for the foreseeable future.

Drop-ins can not be accommodated at this time so please book in advance.

Please note: The Isbourne operates a minimum number policy. This means that if our minimum number is not met 24 hours before the session is scheduled to run, then we reserve the right to cancel the session. If you have paid a set fee for the cancelled session, you will get a full refund. Donations are non-refundable. We, therefore, advise customers to secure their place as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The Isbourne’s minimum number policy is under the guidance of the tutor running the session. Thank you for your understanding.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
