Jane Morgan

Offering developmental coaching and mentoring

Jane offers individual coaching sessions on anything from self-confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, change, and body image to work-related concerns such as a career change, redundancy, retirement, and interview preparation. Developmental coaching explores with you the drivers for behaviours, thought processes, inner critical voices, lack of motivation, and decision-making. Then Jane will support each person to navigate the blocks and barriers, seek out creative and innovative ways towards a healthier, happier mindset and plan the future. The sessions last 1 hour and can be either online or face-to-face. Online sessions can work equally as well as face-to-face sessions.

Jane brings to her practice a Master’s degree in Coaching, Certificates in Applied Therapeutic Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership Psychology. On completing the latter Jane went on to teach the qualification at Birmingham City University. She has had a long career in the public and voluntary sectors working on multidisciplinary partnerships, and leading teams working with vulnerable adults and children. Jane has written and delivered countless training courses.

In her personal life, Jane has experienced raising children alone, inequality, the imposter syndrome, trauma, and mental health. She has learned the importance of overcoming the expectations of others so we can be the people we want to be. She is a self-confessed ‘people person’ which has led to her practicing coaching therapy.
