Offering developmental coaching Therapy
Jane offers 1:1 developmental coaching sessions on a range of issues such as self-confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, work-life balance, change and body image. Developmental coaching explores the drivers for behaviours, thought processes, inner critical voices and decisions. Then supports the individual to navigate and innovate towards a healthier, happier mindset and future.
The sessions last for 1 hour and can either be online or face to face (dependent on current COVID-19 government guidance). Online sessions can work equally as well as face-to-face sessions.
Jane brings to her practice a Master’s degree in Coaching, Certificates in Applied Therapeutic Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence and a PGC in Leadership Psychology. She has had a long career in the public and voluntary sector working on multidisciplinary partnerships, leading teams working with vulnerable adults and children. Jane has written and delivered countless training courses.
Jane says has experienced raising children alone, inequality in the workplace and society, the imposter syndrome, campaigning on green issues, trauma and mental health difficulties. Through these personal experiences, she has learned the importance of overcoming the expectations of others so we can be the people we want to be. Growing up in London she found herself surrounded by many people and cultures, and her interest in people hasn’t diminished. After all, it is why she was so attracted to coaching therapy.
