CHELTENHAM REIKI SHARE

Janie Whittemore

Cheltenham Reiki Share - Guided Practice

A calm, supportive space to practise Reiki, build confidence, and reconnect with your skills.

This is a gently guided Reiki share for those who want more than just a practice session. Whether you’re newly attuned, returning after a break, or simply don’t feel fully confident yet, you’ll be supported to work at your own pace in a steady, grounded environment.

We begin with a short settling practice to help you feel present and at ease, before moving into giving and receiving Reiki in small groups. There’s space to observe, practise, ask questions, or simply receive.

This is not about getting it “right” or performing. It’s about feeling safe enough to trust what you already know.

You’re welcome if you are:
• Reiki Level 1, 2 or Master (any lineage)
• A little unsure or out of practice
• Wanting a calmer, more supported space to grow

If you’re not trained but are curious, you’re welcome to come and receive Reiki. Please make yourself known to Janie when you arrive.

This is a small, respectful group where everyone is encouraged to feel comfortable, included, and unhurried.

We meet once a month at The Isbourne Centre, Cheltenham. You’ll also find connection and updates in this group between sessions.

Hosted by Janie Whittemore, a Registered Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. Janie offers calm, grounded and genuinely supportive groups and one-to-ones, with a strong focus on the nervous system and emotional wellbeing.

New visitors:  Please bring copies of all your Reiki certificate (s) for our files if you wish to practice on someone in the session. You may be asked about your training.

AN ISBOURNE EVENT IN COLLABORATION WITH ITS AFFILIATED TUTOR

Hosted by Janie Whittemore, Reiki Master Teacher, who has plenty of experience leading and teaching groups both online and in person. She runs a Facebook group for the Cheltenham Reiki Share where everyone can connect and chat in between sessions.

She also runs her own Facebook groups for those wishing to learn and grow on their own healing journey Janie's Reiki Hub and her private group, Soul Stars

For this session, you may want to bring your own but some are supplied:

  • Cushion
  • Blanket
  • Refreshments

BOOKING IN ADVANCE REQUIRED

Please note: The Isbourne operates a minimum number policy. This means that if our minimum number is not met 24 hours before the session is scheduled to run, then we reserve the right to cancel the session. If you have paid a set fee for the cancelled session, you will get a full refund. Donations are non-refundable. We, therefore, advise customers to secure their place as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The Isbourne’s minimum number policy is under the guidance of the tutor running the session. Thank you for your understanding.

VENUE: THE ISBOURNE CENTRE, 2 WOLSELEY TERRACE, CHELTENHAM GL50 1TH

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust. This price is limited to one per transaction.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
