Whether you're seeking stillness, emotional release, or simply time to pause and receive, this is an invitation to surrender, restore and heal.

Come exactly as you are, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to be held by the transformative power of sound.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any props, such as pillows and blankets to keep comfortable for the duration of the practice. There are mats available for use but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you wish.​
