TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH® 3 HR WORKSHOP
Corinne Loveridge-Smith
With Corinne Loveridge-Smith in collaboration with Michelle Messer from Simply Breathtaking Limited.
This workshop is more than a breathwork session. It’s an invitation to understand yourself on a deeper level, through your body, your breath and your direct experience.
Did you know that many of us breathe just enough to get through the day. When the breath is allowed to fully move through the body, it can gently open areas that have been holding on physically, emotionally, and energetically.
What you will experience during this workshop:
Breathwork analysis
You will be guided to notice your natural breathing pattern and what it reflects about the way you move through your life. The breath often reveals where we hold back, where we protect ourselves, and where we’re ready to soften and open.
The three levels of breathwork
You’ll learn about the three levels of Transformational Breath®:
- Physical – how breath is the driving force behind so many of our bodily functions and how releasing tensions creates more capacity in the body
- Emotional – allowing stored feelings and energy to move safely, imagine this level as strengthening your foundations
- Spiritual – opening into connection, stillness, and inner awareness. This isn’t about religion, this is about you!
Learn about your heart energy field using Dowsing Rods
You’ll be able to observe your energy field in real time. You’ll see how your heart field responds to different thoughts and emotions — expanding, softening, or contracting. It’s something you can witness for yourself. Everyone will get the chance to explore with the Dowsing rods
A fully facilitated breathwork session
Transformational Breath® is a fully facilitated session, alongside the breath, includes tools of gentle acupressure, sound and movement, helping you become aware of where energy and tension are being held in the body , to gently be present to integrate it in a safe, supported way. You are guided throughout, the aim being that you will leave with a sense of lightness, more peace.
A small, intimate group setting.
The group is intentionally kept small, so you are fully supported and seen. This is a space where you can slow down, drop inward, and feel held in the process.
This workshop is open to anyone aged 18 and over, whether you are completely new to breathwork or already familiar with body-based practices.
It may be especially supportive if you:
- Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body
- Are curious about how your breath reflects your emotional and energetic patterns
- Want a deeper understanding of yourself without needing to “fix” anything
- Are on a personal growth or healing journey and want a grounded, embodied experience
- Simply feel called to slow down, reconnect, and breathe more fully
Facilitated by Corinne Loveridge-Smith in collaboration with Michelle Messer from Simply Breathtaking Limited.
This workshop brings together two facilitators with a shared intention to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and what feels true for you.
All mats, blankets, eye masks and water will be provided for this class, just bring a pillow if you wish to.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:
Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust. This price is limited to one per transaction.Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.
You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
