FREE: ART FOR WELLBEING

Stella Ashmeade

You don’t need to know how to draw, you may not even have drawn since you were at school. You are welcomed to these sessions to enjoy colour and shape in a way that perhaps you may never have. Art can bring relief and joy in the looking at it and in the doing of it, offering respite from the stresses and strains of everyday life. There is no competition and no expectation, only the offering of a creative space for you to have a go and see what happens. This monthly therapeutic art class will begin with a short meditation followed by creative drawing.

These sessions are part of our free community wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.
