CULTIVATING JOY THROUGH BODY & MIND

Leah Marshall

Join Leah for 1 hour of light-hearted practice to cultivate Joy, through embodied yoga based movement, directed breath, cultivated awareness, a great soundtrack and Yes… there will be a touch of dancing and funshine!

Followed by 15 minute yoga nidra to finish (Yoga nidra is a conscious guided sleep practice for deep relaxation).

Leah shares that her intention is to help you find a way of softening into your own body and welcoming yourself home. We let go of self-criticism, expectations and comparing ourselves to others, to open things up to a new found sense of freedom and embodiment.

There is so much in modern life that pulls us outside of ourselves, beyond juggling fast paced schedules and the demands of family and work, we have social media overload and overexposure to world news & conflict, streamlined, digital, black and white systems that are not designed for the human organism.

She invites you to drop it all for a short while to nourish your body-mind and come closer to your true nature.

Leave feeling inspired, nourished, and rested in your body-mind.

For this session, you will need to bring your own:

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust. This price is limited to one per transaction.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
