FREE: FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (WELLNESS WALK)
Wellness Walks is part of The Isbourne's community wellbeing programme and monthly drop-in session FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (FGT). This is an opportunity to expereince a variety of wellbeing activities, connect with others and have a cuppa!
This session will be held by our affiliated tutor Kathryn Buxton, she specialises in Buddhist style meditation with a focus on mindfulness. At this fun and friendly Feel Good Thursday session you will be invited to see what nature has to offer. Starting with a gentle meditation before heading outside for a walk around the park (whatever the weather!) where we will have the opportunity to really take in what we see, hear, smell and feel. Hopefully coming away feeling more grounded and re-energised!
Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is neccessary.
These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational.
