PLEASE NOTE VENUE: : OAKLEY INTERACTIVE SPACE, OAKLEY LIBRARY, CLYDE CRESCENT, CHELTENHAM, GL52 5QH

We invite you to join us for this unique four-week course which aims to support those living with Dementia, Parkinson’s, M.S., Stroke, Neuropathy or any long term neurological health condition. We also welcome those who are interested in holistic wellbeing as a preventative or self-care approach.

Throughout the course we will explore the ‘5 Pillars of Health’: Moving well, Sleeping well, Social connection, Emotional wellness and Nutritional health, giving you the opportunity to embrace a fresh perspective on your sense of contentment and ‘Living Well’ for a more fulfilled life.

You will be introduced to the gentle, mindful movement practice of TMW (Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing) which allows us to embrace the learnings from the course in movement form. This can be done seated or standing as we encourage you to move within your own capabilities.

Library Access: This course will be held In the Community at Oakley Interactive Space, Oakley Library. The venue has ramped access with automatic doors, a car park with parking for people with access needs and a bus stop nearby (5 minute walk).

This is a Quality Mark course from our awarding body AIM Qualifications. Each 1.5hr session includes refreshments and opportunities to chat with your peers and the tutor. Loved ones or carers of those living with the health condition are also welcome to attend and participate (essential for those with Dementia).

To register your place or for more information please call 01242 254321 or email Bonnie@isbourne.org
