MINDFULNESS FOR STRESS AND ANXIETY

Are you worrying about the future or regretting the past? This can leave us feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. Mindfulness helps you to focus on being in the present moment or the "here and now".

In this 4-week course you will learn mindfulness and self-compassion skills, to help support you with life's difficulties and challenges, whether physical or emotional, and in doing so boost your well-being and ultimately your happiness.

Suzanne welcomes you, whether you are completely new to mindfulness for wellbeing or already have some experience! Each session will include 1hr tutor-led time followed by 30 minutes for tea, coffee and chat.

This is a Quality Mark course from our awarding body AIM Qualifications. Zentangle is suitable for artists and non-artists, even those who think they cannot draw! Each session will include 1hr tutor-led time followed by 30 minutes for tea, coffee and chat.

These sessions are part of our community wellbeing programme, a collection of 4-week courses and drops-ins, designed to help people living with anxiety, depression, social isolation, bereavement, trauma and any other life circumstances that are affecting their wellbeing.
