FREE: FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (TAPPING FOR CONFIDENCE)

Emily Andrew

Tapping for Confidence is part of The Isbourne's Community Wellbeing Programme and monthly drop-in session FEEL GOOD THURSDAYS (FGT).

This session will be held by our affiliated tutor Emily Andrew, an Integrative Therapist; specialising in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Matrix Reimprinting and Eating Disorder/Disordered Eating Recovery Coaching.

In this introductory session, you will learn the power of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) a practice that combines the mind and body together by tapping key accupressure points on the hands, face and body. You will learn how EFT can support you in releasing emotions, experiences and stories that you no longer need to encourage inner confidence in who you really are.

The workshop will be a 1-hour session led by the tutor followed by 30 minutes for tea, coffee and chat.

These sessions are part of our Community Wellbeing series that aims to help you cope with your mental health. They are available at no cost to you, however, if you feel you are in the position to, we would greatly appreciate a small donation. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep us operational. If you do not wish to donate, please put a 0 (zero) in the donation box.
