Offering Holistic Mindset Coaching alongside Psych-K® Subconscious Reprogramming
Angg Woo is a holistic mindset coach, Psych-K® facilitator, meditation teacher, and empowerment workshop facilitator, affiliated with the Isbourne Holistic Centre in Cheltenham. Her work supports deep inner change by helping people release subconscious limitations, regulate their nervous system, and step into a more authentic, confident, and empowered way of being.
With over 13 years’ experience working in transformation and wellbeing, Angg began her professional journey in martial arts and personal training. Alongside this physical work, a profound personal awakening led her to explore meditation, spirituality, and the workings of the human mind. Over time, her approach evolved into working primarily with the mind, grounded in the belief that lasting change begins internally, and that the body and life naturally follow shifts in thought, belief, and identity.
Angg works with people of all genders, while offering dedicated spaces and programmes focused on women’s empowerment. She supports clients in shedding outdated identities, reclaiming personal power, and embodying a more aligned and self-led version of themselves. A key aspect of her work includes reframing and consciously working with emotions—such as anger—as valuable sources of insight and energy for growth rather than something to suppress.
Her work is informed by training in Psych-K® (Advanced Facilitation), holistic mindset coaching, energy-based practices, EFT/TFT tapping, NLP, and meditation. Committed to continual learning, Angg integrates a range of approaches to meet each client with depth, care, and integrity.

Women’s Empowerment Workshops & Group Sessions
Experiential workshops focused on self-leadership, emotional empowerment, and using inner energy—such as anger—as a constructive force for change.
Meditation & Relaxation Classes
Twice-monthly sessions at the Isbourne using Angg’s signature 5-step relaxation process to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect with inner wisdom and personal power.
