Personal Development encompasses any form of learning activity of which the aim is to enhance your quality of life, manifest your potential or improve your employability.

A life coach can also lead you through a tailored programme of personal development to help increase confidence, self-esteem and overcome inner obstacles such as shyness or fear of failure. 

Treatments such as mindfulness, stress management and EFT for example are other ways in which to aid your personal development.
