Studies show that engaging in any form of creative activity, be it colouring, doodling, playing a musical instrument, writing, painting, knitting or crafting, increases positive feelings that last beyond the duration of the activity itself. Using your imagination and employing intelligence to overcome practical challenges also stimulates the brain and develops confidence.
